Your Guide to the Spring Conference Launch Party: What to Expect

 T-minus 23 days! The Spring Conference Launch Party is quickly approaching! GWWIB is thrilled for this year’s iconic night on February 5th from 7:30-8:30pm.

It’ll be an unforgettable night filled with mouthwatering treats, bubbly spirits, engaging activities, and amazing guests. The Launch Party is the perfect time to join GWWIB and the DC community to celebrate the reveal of the 2020 Spring Conference theme and release tickets. 

Tickets are open to the DC community, and all attendees who purchase a Conference ticket at the Launch Party will receive a discount! As for small bites, Chaia tacos will be giving away free tacos to the first 50 guests at the party. Follow Chaia Tacos on Instagram @chaiatacos for a mouthwatering experience. Along with tacos, we will have an array of cheeses, meats, and spreads to display a delicious charcuterie board. To top it all off, we’ll be finishing the night, cupcakes.

Now, time for the venue reveal. Drumroll please….. the 2020 Spring Conference Launch Party will be held in the Elliott City View Room on February 5th from 7:30-8:30pm. The venue features a wrap-around view of the national mall from the Washington Monument to Capitol Hill. 

Tickets for the party are free and will be released this Friday, January 17th at 12:00pm on Eventbrite. A limited amount of tickets are available, so make sure you get yours right at 12:00pm! We cannot wait to see everyone at the 2020 Spring Conference Launch Party and reveal the theme! Get ready for a stellar night.
