Attendees will be empowered in their creativity, boldness, and confidence in their ability to advertise their expertise.

About: This year’s conference will be on April 2nd, 2022 with a theme of “refresh”— emphasizing the importance of sustainability, growth, and inclusivity within all aspects of our professional and personal lives. Recognizing the impact of the pandemic and the virtual environment, we challenge our panelists, speakers, and attendees to embody this theme by starting fresh, branching out, and creating organic connections.

About: Through this theme we want to inspire our attendees to be their authentic selfs and make their own headlines. The virtual conference embodied the boldness and intentionally of our decisions.

About: Through this theme we want to inspire our attendees to cultivate their personal brands and perceive themselves as the author of their own unique narrative. Our speakers are asked to authentically tell their stories of ambition and unapologetically share their successes and failures as equally important parts of their journey.

GWWIB places an emphasis on confidence development and encourages attendees to revolutionize and transcend into the best versions of themselves.
