Megan Chase

Megan is an Associate VP on the Talent Acquisition team at The Carlyle Group, based in Washington, DC. She obtained a degree in Finance from James Madison University and has been with Carlyle since 2010. Megan lives in Northern Virginia with her two daughters and their puppy, Gingersnap.

Kate Boyle

Kate is a Recruiter on the Carlyle Talent Acquisition team where she focuses on Investor Relations and Investment professional hiring. Prior to Carlyle, Kate spent 8 years at Blackstone on the Campus and Experienced hire recruiting team. Kate graduated from Boston College with a degree in English and Human Development.
