Kathy Korman Frey
Kathy Korman Frey is an entrepreneur and instructor of Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership – the recipient of a USASBE Excellence in Entrepreneurship Education Award – at the George Washington University. She is the founder of The Hot Mommas® Project, the world’s largest women’s case study library. Kathy's previous experience includes consulting, merger & acquisition, and serving as a senior executive for social impact and venture funded companies in the health and aging space.
Barikisu (Barry) Muntari-Sumara
Barry is a first-year Global MBA student at the GW School of Business. She is from Ghana, with a B.A in Business Administration from Ashesi University. Barry’s professional background includes working as an investment analyst, business development and marketing strategist, and extending her skills and knowledge from private equity management to female traders to help them scale their businesses. She also enjoys mentoring/supporting young girls and budding female entrepreneurs. Barry worked with her mother from the age of nine, for 11 years, learning about entrepreneurship/trade, managing bookkeeping, advising on growth strategies, and extending her experience from working on her mother’s business to other traders. At the age of nineteen, Barry would apply her entrepreneurship experience and education to managing two bakeries with her younger sister, serving diabetic patients, offering skills training to girls in her community, providing pastries on credit to single mothers to trade, while nurturing her sister’s interest in entrepreneurship.
Kenzie Walters
Mackenzie "Kenzie" Walters is a GW senior studying international affairs and entrepreneurship with vast experience working for the federal government and nonprofits. Kenzie is interested in topics including the opioid crisis, the criminal justice system, and veterans assistance. Kenzie is a pre-law student running a 250-person organization entitled the Women's Pre-Law Student Association, which she founded in January of 2021.
