Christina (she/her) is a natural community builder and hyper connector currently working as a Sr. Partnerships Manager at AllVoices. She’s the Host of the inaugural interview series Reimagining Company Culture where she’s interviewed over 200+ Chief Human Resources officers, Chief People Officers, Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Officers, and other Culture Champions at global organizations. She believes in building a more equitable workplace. Christina is a lover of conferences, intersectional feminism, informational interviews, and of course, black coffee. She has a track record of curating meaningful partnerships with organizations who believe in building an equitable workplace and is an experienced moderator of panels. Christina was an employee resource group leader at previous tech companies and she believes in the power of storytelling to connect people.
LaJuanna Russell
A visionary who started her award-winning, multi-million-dollar business with a personal investment of $500, Ms. LaJuanna Russell has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of business operations and government contracting. She is particularly practiced in the areas of human capital management and process improvement and is a sought-after speaker on topics such as Future of Work, leadership, diversity and inclusion, entrepreneurship, and women in government contracting. She is a member of The George Washington University School of Business Advisory Board, chair of Small Business Majority’s Board of Directors, member of Alexandria Chamber of Commerce’s Board, member of Women Impacting Public Policy Board, a member of Intuit QuickBooks’ Small Business Council and an alumna of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. Ms. Russell holds a BA in Communication Studies from Virginia Tech and an accelerated MBA with concentrations in International Business and Finance from The George Washington University.
Sara Bokhari
Sara Bokhari champions Mursion's culture and leads efforts in finding, developing, motivating, and retaining Mursion's talented workforce. She transitioned to this role after serving as Mursion's Director of Education Services where she worked with her team to build out robust VR simulation offerings for Higher Education and K-12 districts. Prior to joining Mursion, Sara worked in education consulting covering a range of functions from talent pipelines to performance management. She holds an MBA from the George Washington University, an MA in Education from Banks Street College of Education, and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Tiffany Williams
Tiffany Williams is the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at CGI Federal. She has built her career working to create equity for systematically marginalized groups. She has a unique set of skills enabling her to support DEI initiatives with a multi-dimensional perspective focusing on culture, career, customer, and community. Tiffany maintains strong relationships with numerous diverse community-based groups. She is often invited to speak on panels covering DEI topics such as supplier diversity, mentoring, and DEI best practices. In 2021, Tiffany was recognized by the National Diversity Council as a DEI Champion. Tiffany is a proud HBCU graduate, holding a BS in Management from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University (Aggie Pride!!!). She has an MS in Management Information Systems from George Washington University, an MS in Organization Development from American University, and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University. She also recently became a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) ® via the Institute for Diversity Certification.
Elizabeth Dunbar
Elizabeth Dunbar is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Human Capital practice with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Change Management and Well Being. She is passionate about taking action against systemic bis, racism, and unequal treatment in our society an uses her change management experience to support clients in their DEI journeys to transform their organizations in to more inclusive and equitable working environments. Elizabeth is also a co-host of the Corporate for the Culture podcast where she and her co-host dismantle the career system to provide the next generation of Black corporate leaders with tools to build the career they deserve.
