How to Make the Most Out of Spring Conference

It’s the final countdown to our biggest event! Since we are already in full swing of the Spring Conference we want to ease some of your worries. For the first-time conference attendees, we want to go over some advice to help you take advantage of the Spring Conference in all its glory. 

Ask questions!!

Don’t be afraid to ask questions! It might be nerve-wracking to ask questions in front of a group of people, but this is an amazing opportunity to ask professionals for advice or questions that might help you in the future. Create a list of questions that starts with a wide scope and progresses into the specifics.

Research Speakers 

The panelists are very eager to hear your questions. Our full speaker list is up on our website for you to research and prepare questions for them. We also recommend looking at our speaker lists to help decide which events that you would like to attend. 

Take Notes

Bring something to write on and with, as this is an amazing opportunity to listen to our speakers and receive insightful advice for beginning your career. It will be in your best interest to write them down, especially since there’s going to be a lot of information thrown at you throughout the whole day!

Don’t Get Distracted!

We are so honored that our speakers and panelists agreed to take time out of their schedules to come to speak to you all. We know emergencies happen and in that case, it’s perfectly understandable to use your phone, but try not to use your phone or talk out loud for other purposes. It is important to be in the moment to soak up all of the conference.
