Each spring we host our annual capstone event, the GWWIB Spring Conference, a professional gathering of individuals organized by students, for students. The Spring Conference started in 2010 to provide students with an opportunity to learn more about different careers and industries. The daylong conference consists of a distinguished keynote speaker, 3 visionary chats, 3 workshops, 2 networking sessions, and 9 industry focused panels ranging from fashion to finance. Attendees are welcomed with a light breakfast, enjoy snacks during the networking sessions, and are treated to a catered lunch. At the end of the day, participants receive a swag bag filled with 20+ items from top brands in food, beauty, and lifestyle.
The 16th annual Spring Conference will be held on April 5th, 2025 with a theme of “ENVISION”, motivating our attendees to learn from an impressive array of diverse industry professionals in order to envision themselves as a valuable contributor to a field(s) of business. Our goal is to empower innovative thinkers, inspire action and goal setting, and grow relationships throughout the Conference.
